Sekhukhune United head coach Lehlohonolo Seema says his side gave Kaizer Chiefs hope by not taking their chances.
Sekhukhune and the Soweto giants played to a 1-1 draw in their final DStv Premiership clash on Saturday evening.
Seema felt his side should have put the game to bed in the first half but also goalkeeper Bruce Bvuma for keeping Chiefs in the game.

“I think we should have finished this game in the first-half, if you don’t take your chances that we got in the first-half, Chiefs will always come back, if you’re not scoring you are giving them hope,” Seema told SuperSport.
“But when you’re scoring and scoring they become desperate, they open even more spaces. I think the guys did well, we fought. I think tactically, especially first-half, we stuck to the tactics, we managed to press.
“We made a few pressing traps, of which I think one we should have taken. But credit must also go to their goalkeeper, I think he also helped them in the first-half,” he said.
“Second half you understand that the game will open up, they will have chances, we’ll have chances.
“Then it’s one of those games that you say, we’re trying to hold on to it because we wanted this three points but ja you can see they changed the structure.”
