Initiation Season | Crime contributing to deaths

EASTERN CAPE – The summer initiation season in the Eastern Cape has been marred by more deaths.

Over 30 initiates have lost their lives.

More concerning is that some of the deaths are the result of crime at initiation schools.

The Commission for the Promotion and Protection of the Rights of Cultural, Religious and Linguistic Communities is calling for an end to these killings.
