Journalist Thomo Nkgadima said the Limpopo police violated his rights as a journalist when they arrested him for taking pictures of a mayor’s house on Christmas Eve.
The Limpopo-based journalist spent Christmas Day in jail after police arrested him and charged him with intimidation and trespassing on the property of Eddie Maila, Fetakgomo Tubatse municipality mayor.
